Do you provide the necessary equipment used for transport?
Yes, we have everything covered! How ever your residence is set up, we are able to accommodate. We also provide wheelchairs upon request.
How far in advanced should I schedule a transport?
We are able to accommodate requests given in the same day but booking a trip more than a day in advanced will guarantee a timeslot for your ride. Give us a call and we will assist as much as possible.
How do we know we'll be safely taken care of?
Our transporters are highly trained and proficient in what we do. We are First Aid/CPR/AED/BLS certified. We are careful and treat everyone as if they are family. You will see!
Can you pick us up from the airport?
Yes, our vans have airport access and we get you picked up as soon as you get out of the baggage claim! We are willing to grab your bags for you at no extra cost
I've had a great time with my previous transporter, can I request them again?
Although it will not be guaranteed, we will do our best to send your favorite driver! All of our drivers have great customer service and are friendly.
How can I make a payment?
Payments are given to the driver during your trip. We accept card, cash or check made out to “Guardian Medical Transportation or GMT”
Am I able to have someone ride with me?
Yes, we are able to seat up to 9 passengers.
Do I need to be going to a medical appointment to use your services?
Not at all! We transport people all over the city. Family events, grocery stores, you name it!
